We want you to be satisfied with the professional salon products you purchase from Studio 4. If you are not satisfy with the product you purchase, please bring it back to us within 90 days; we will gladly provide a full refund or exchange if the product content is at least 3/4 remaining and is in in good condition.
No refund for the product that has been used more than 1/4 of its content or product that was purchased more than 90 days ago.
Receipts are required for refund or exchange. Studio 4 regular client whose name is in our our computer system (if it is), may not require receipt since we can retrieve your purchase under your name. We cannot retrieve your purchase/transaction if you are a walk-in customer and choose not to give out your name for our computer record.
Studio 4 reserves right to refuse any refund based on Studio 4 staff reasonable judgment based on the excessively used condition of product that is being requested for refund/exchange.
We DO NOT sell our customers information to a 3rd party. Studio 4 may send periodic email to notify sales or service discounts to our customers.
