24-hour advance appointment cancellation policy

You are our valuable customer!!!
When you make appointment with us, we specifically reserve and confirm the time and the date for and you alone. We make sure that the stylist you requested or assigned for you is here for your appointment and ready to serve you. We believe the appointment is very important to you and to our staff. To make sure, we will call or text or email you 2 days before your prescheduled appointment as a courtesy reminder. We make these calls during regular business hours and we will leave a message if you are unable to answer your phone.
When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to serve you or to refill that appointment time you are cancelling, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services and it effects everyone involves.
We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. Since the services are reserved for you only, following cancellation fee(s) will apply if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hr notice or if you do not show up (No Show) to your appointment.
Less than 24-hr Cancellation and No Show Charges:

Any combined services over $200 services must be held with a credit card. Any multiple services or combos not cancelled within 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card "hold" transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
This is to make sure that Studio 4 is transparent about our cancellation policy and charges since everyone’s time is important and costs the business operation.
